I read that NTL are to cut all services to the Isle Of Dogs area.
Who is next I wonder?

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk has the story.
Basically the network there is crap and ntl don't want to spend the money overbuilding it and getting it ready for the analogue switch off so it's being switched off.

I dont know anything about that area, but if its an old network requiring lots of work/money to bring up to scratch it could be true as ntl are just trying to spend as little as possible on the plant side of things.
ntl have shut down a number of networks, including one fairly modern 860MHz system.
