New NTL call centres

I heard from a friend that there is to be some new NTL call centres built, in the East Milands area.
What will they be for CS, accounts, faults or sales???
(or Telewest, NTL Incorporated or Virgin Vision Cable)

I thought each call centre had it's own section anyway in the same building! Not sure why i thought that though

Highly unlikely. ntl:Telewest are about to start consolidating call centres, not creating new ones!

interesting.... maybe new centres are needed because at the moment there is no room in the ones they plan to keep to consolidate?

Well if this ever happens it would be a good thing. Let's hope its true and they do build some.
