Have you ever phoned NTL when your TV channels or the Internet are gone?

They make you wait anything from 5 mins, to over a 1 hour.

and than it take 2 HOURS+ to get the channels back, and 4Hours+ for the Internet.

apart from phoning the company & walting to the channels to come back, everything else it ok

I think the fonts and font sizes are broken in this thread....they keep changing

Yes I have phoned them. Yes I have had to wait for a while on a couple of occasions.

What exactly are you researching?

Call times?
Time for problem resolution?

If I've ever called them and NOT had my problem solved I've posted on here and it's generally been solved within minutes.

Would be nice if we could all keep the same standard fonts and sizes

It's just my TV channels keep freezing-up, and sometimes they go out completely.

I don't know if it is my cable box, or something else.
