Nope

60Mbit Broadband + Talk Unlimited and Talk 08 for residential = £39.40 a month

The Biz package (inc VAT) is £45.40 a month

What exactly is the incentive for somebody to take out their biz package over the residential package?

It doesn't say anything about static IPS so I guess for that you need proper vm business account

It's still subject to traffic shaping.. And more expensive?
