Were VM going to give 50meg the "fluff" increase that the 100meg tier got?

Seems like they should have, especially with 100meg not even being tested. Wasted opportunity to toot their own horn.

Although how Virgin are funding them is relevant when saying Virgin fund them. There is a marked difference between buying a stake in the company (which would give you at least some say in how they operate) , and buying a service (which would give no say in how they operate). Both of these would be considered Funding.
