Good find, and maybe tells a story that some people on this forum would find hard to swallow!

Re: VM has least complaints on Landline & Broadband.
Not surprised to see TalK Talk leading the way in complaints given the way they treated my elderly inlaws last year, 2 weeks to get a phone fixed.
Had a Cable Midlands/Telewest/Virgin landline since early 90's can only recall 1 fault in all that time, as for broadband apart froma few outages has been rock solid connection.

Re: VM has least complaints on Landline & Broadband.
I look forward to less snide remarks.
Back to topic it's not that surprising at all and, of course, people who frequent forums such as these would have a more negative perception as, well, it's a cable forum so people with cable issues will come here.
Nonetheless something to be very happy about, so well done to VM on this.

This thread has been live since 0929 this morning and none of the usual suspects has posted a single comment because this is not what they want to read as it does not conform to their agenda.
Maybe they have been wrapped up in the tumbleweed.

Let's not be too provocative, please?

And lets not forget the ratio of VM complaints may well be a little higher if it wasn't for this fine forum.
(No I don't want anything)

Just as many topics over at http://www.talktalkmembers.com/forums/ and when you add the gripes over at thinkbroadband forums as well... I think that sums up the issues with Talk Talk quite nicely!

It is not supposed to happen unless you pinhole reset the device so no idea to be honest.
