The cinema ticket is still free - not many of us live right next door to a cinema, so I personally wouldn't expect a refund of my travel or food/drink costs to make the entire excursion cost-free....

You are using a Virginmedia email address ending in either @ntlworld.com, @blueyonder.co.uk, @virginmedia.com or @virgin.net as only they will work as only Virginmedia account holders can get the tickets.

Now that is helpful on the front page it says tickets available from the 28th January but when you click the link for information about the next movie it changes to the 21st January which will confuse things so check this Friday as well.
