what i wish to know is i know this is a 18 month contract but can i upgrade or downgrade my tv to l xl and will i be able to add a v+ in the future, before the end off my contract?

Read the T&Cs but you should be able to upgrade beyond the package you sign up with, though I would think the lowest package will be what you sign up with. 18 months is a long time with the new contracts!

Remember you can get at least another £65 when signing up online through Quidco or Topcashback.
