Contract up soon what do i do ?

Hi, as the title say's my VM contract is up very soon can't remember the exact date but it's before the 18th. As this is the 1st year i've been with them i don't know what i need to do. Do i need to get in contact with them or will they be in contact with me?

Re: Contract up soon what do i do ?

No need to do anything. Your services will continue unchanged. The only difference is that any time related restrictions in your contract (such as locking you into your service package) will no longer apply.

Im not 100% but Im sure someone will correct me, might be worth you ringing retentions and seeing what they will offer if you sign another 12month contract

Re: Contract up soon what do i do ?

Id ring not email, see what offers are on sky first before you do and see what VM can come up with, Im sure they would rather give you a slightly better deal than risk losing a customer, maybe try and get a L BB out of them? It suits them to have you sign in for another year

Re: Contract up soon what do i do ?

I've been looking on the sky site and it's £2 more with them for two tv packs and sky sports in HD plus free BB and calls, but i have no intention in going to sky. So i'm going to downgrade my current XL tv pack to get Sky Sports in will see what they come up with.
