Enfield and London area problem

Hi all
since virgin media took over running telewest why have we got so many problems, i have had it with there services and the last part was the error they had with the enfield and london area where we have had no service or very limited service since the 18th June and each of there update only say we are looking into it and its a 4 hour fix. this is what we get for an update its a joke

http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/...?ticket=734399

and when you call them oh there tech team dont know what the hell they are doing and nothing about any issus its a joke i have writen 4 complaints
and you know what i have not have 1 reply the lack of service is very bad, i never had any of this when it was the telewest company that run it whey the hell did they sell to virginmedia

Even virginmedia own techs that come out for problem told me more then once the reason why virgin is having so many problems is that all they are thinking of is getting faster services so they get more people to sign up and they are not taking care of any of there services so the nose ratio is so bad that its no wonder people are having so many problems.

i have been told so many things that its un true how any company can run a business like this and keep running.

It was a sad day when telewest sold there company to virginmedia

Re: Enfield and London area problem

I have to say that I'm in the Enfield area (Edmonton) and I have experienced no such problems. Although the speed traffic management is really a nuisance. Other than that, I see no difference between Telewest and Virgin.
