Can you provide proof of this then please.

Why if its within a month do retentions do the reconnection of the same account and if its over a month do sales deal with it and creat a new account.

Customers who leave shouldnt be able to return for 3 months but doubt a sales rep would lose a sale for that reason

Can you prove that whichever way they do it, that it does not affect the quarterly figures in their favour? it's a different thing of being able to re-connect a customer within a 30 day time span, as even their email accounts can be re-instated within that time. it's just a 30 day period of hoping you might come back to them from the other supplier you left for.
