So what happens to a buggered cabinet, that has been ignored for many months, but reported on many many times to Virgin Media by various locals?

What happens when locals have actually tried to repair the cabinet box to protect their own services?

Why do Virgin Media ignore these serious cases?

What happens when people realise how easy it is to get into the cabinet and have a little play around to see what's going on in there?

What compensation can I expect from Virgin Media, if my services go down from vandalism, theft due to their incompetent lazy corporate bums... No wonder people steal services, Virgin don't actually seem to give a damn.

I'm very angry at Virgin Media and I think its time to seek alternative services after 13 years.

I reported an open cabinet I spotted on the newsgroup and it was passed onto the relevant department. I haven't been back to check whether it was fixed though.

heh, yes, thats where I reported the thing.. "Relevant department" could mean anything from a blocked toilet to a dogs bum.
