Re: VM - new contract after house move?

Who is she speaking to. She need to speak directly to House Moves on 150 (or 0845 454 1111) option 4 option 1

If it was a new contract for anything other than a V+ she will have been sent written confirmation. If she wasn't it doesn't apply

Re: VM - new contract after house move?

I have now received the letter for £1 increase from June.

I'm going to speak with VM - but wondering if they waive £1 for me, can I still quit?

Re: VM - new contract after house move?

if you want to quit because of the increase then you quit because of the increase.

If they offer to waive the £1 and you say no, then you can still quit.

If however they offer to waive the £1, why would you still want to quit?

Re: VM - new contract after house move?

If your in a minimum term agreement, and they agree to credit the £1 increase then that wouldnt be grounds to cancel the contract early as the price hasnt increased
