What should I be paying for my services?

I currently have (L) Broadband and Tv (All channels with v+)

I do not have a telephone service as the engineer could not install one due to no capacity in the network.

I originally signed up for 3 for £30

I am currently paying approx:

£25 BB
£40 TV

What do you guys think?

TIA

Re: What should I be paying for my services?

That should only cost you £41 for the XL tv and L broadband (2 for £25 + £9 for XL tv and + £7 for BB L )

Of course, Ben, this assumes that the OP had his V+ installed after June 2007 and is, therefore, not liable for the £10 V+ monthly charge.

Re: What should I be paying for my services?

Seems a bit steep to me, I have,XLTV-LBB-PHONE-I don't make many calls about £8 per billing so get light user discount (not available now) which is £5per month and other discount of £9which brings average bill of £44. Get it sorted.

Re: What should I be paying for my services?

I can phone em next week when I get back into work. Or does anyone know a 01 number for customer services?

---------- Post added at 11:50 ---------- Previous post was at 11:37 ----------

Just been onto them. I am now paying £25 for 4meg BB and roughly £32 p/m for V+Box, Sports and Large TV.

Does that sound better?

All the best deals include the Telephone. It normally works more exprensive to not have the phone than to have it and not use it.
