Re: SKY1 –VS- Virgin1 ?
I'm not a fan of any of them. But having already seen the first 2 eps of SCC in WS I would say it is probably the best of the bunch (just).
However as VM have chosen to show a castrated 14:9 version and then to broadcast it in a 4:3 frame I will not be bothering to watch it or anything else, come to that, on V1.

Re: SKY1 –VS- Virgin1 ?
You've missed out (the upcoming) Chuck from the Virgin 1 and Bones from Sky One exclusive content.
Also, do Sky 1 still air Star Trek since VM acquired the rights for TNG Voyager DS9 and Enterprise, or did you mean Stargate?
Edit:
I thought all VM owned channels were going widescreen by Feb anyway, or did I just dream that?

Re: SKY1 –VS- Virgin1 ?
To be honest, I watch them both for different reasons V1 for terminator - Sky 1 for Simpsons.
I like V1 slightly more!

Re: SKY1 –VS- Virgin1 ?
I like V1 but often dont have the time to watch programs on telly, too busy with other things!
Ive recently become addicted to lost on demand, so if sky one keep up the lost stuff, when i get to series 4 i may need to purchase some sky action!
However V1 is really good, all the shows ive watched on there and all the upcoming shows look amazing, along with this lost series 1 2 3 are on demand HD which is pretty awsome
So overall id say V1, as it has more good shows on it than sky1

"Lost" has lost it's way & Blade was cancelled after 15 episodes, so I don't expect it to last long.
Both Star Trek series have already been aired to completion at least twice previously on UK terrestrial TV.
That leaves Battlestar Galactica Vs Terminator. I enjoy both shows but Galactica far outshines everything else put together (IMV).
I think V1 will have to do much much better.
