Belkin G+ MIMO router problem

Hi,

I would like to get help in connection with Belkin G+ MIMO router (F5D9230-4)

I use this router but I have problems: Sometimes the speed is decreased, If I browse something via the internet, that is ok, but If I do not touch to the internet, examples I read something than the the speed is decreased, disconnected.

I try to updated the firmware sw, that was not successful. The Belkin site offers 3 type of version sw. During the update I've got an reponse about the uncompatibility.

Wht can I do? Thanks

Re: Belkin G+ MIMO router problem

I have the same router, and there is NO new firmware for this model.

Try reseting the router to factory settings and starting from scratch.

Re: Belkin G+ MIMO router problem

Hi,

I restarted it with the factory settings but unfortunately the problem wasn't solved.

I tried to use another nootebook to connect to the router, the result is ok, the speed correct and constans.

I thing this is a unique connection problem. The both nootebbok is HP and supports the 802.11b and 802.11b g as well.

Have you got another idea?

Thanks,
Pg
