Is this a wind up..?
I guess everyone will have noticed the LOST Series 4 banner on the Cable Forum header. Nice one that - about a subtle as being hit over the head with a sock full of grit
Sky - one --- Virgin Media - nil.
Sigh....................

Re: Is this a wind up..?
Not everyone watches LOST but I really dont care there are perfectly legal ways to get LOST.
As much as I hate sky well the murdoch family Sky are always gonna have the edge on VM main reason as sky have more cash to use on shows like lost and prison break

It's in the advert box - perhaps it should be consigned to the banned advertisers list along with those cloned modems

Re: Is this a wind up..?
Oh the joys of Adblock Plus. I don't see ads for things I don't want.

Re: Is this a wind up..?
Anyone given the URL of the offending ad to Paul M or Mick (the rest of the admin team have no access to adsense)?

It's a cable forum with an 'Alternatives to Virgin Media' section too, do you want to get rid of that section?
Hopefully no one is /serious/y suggesting removing the advert?

Re: Is this a wind up..?
Who cares? The site gains the advertising revenue, courtesy of Sky, as long as what's been advertised isn't illegal I can't see the problem.
