Cancel Broadband, keep only phone and TV?
Hi
I'm just trying to gather a few opinions and info. before i call Virgin.
I have had 3 services since the beginning of September 2007 and currently pay £37 per month (non-standard mix of package options).
Is it possible to cancel the Broadband element of the package and just keep the TV and phone service? Broadband at the moment is useless and i can't wait until mid-March for their planned upgrades.
Min contract is 12 months which they will probably hold you to unless you can convince them that you are not getting the service you pay for. Why not ask CS, see what the respnse is?
bonzoe is right, you cant remove a service while in minimum term contract, the most you can do is downgrade to the lowest package (for Broadband it would be Broadband M)
If you cancel it completely you would be subject to an Early Disconnection Fee
