Letter To Virgin Media
Hi MY V+ BOX HAS BEEN VERYSLOW OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS PHONED VM THAY SENT AN ENGENEER OUTHE DID NOT REPLACE MY BOX HE SAID IT IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON FOR I AM SICK OF THIS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME ANY NEW BOX I GET THIS JUST KEEPS HAPPINING WHY ? THINKING OF GOING TO SKY+ IF THIS IS NOT FIXT

it is a software issue and you should have been told over the phone, also is your keyboard FAULTY??

HHHmmm - let me see, I was told 'when we get round to it' as a resolution and timescale to my v+ software problems, as well as being told that 'You'll just have to live with it'.
Anyway after 12months if it not working properly it's now been dumped.
I do know that a lot of people have no problems with it tho.

i dont blame you the situation is not ideal but "buggy" software is never a very high priority.

I just can't decide to go for a freeview box with a hdd or what now.... Anyway that's a topic for another thread lol
p.s. I kept the ordinary box which is wired up to the dvd recorder as it is only costing me £1 a month.....
