Hi Cable Forum
I currently have the 2mb bb (Size M) and TV (Size M) and i have recently been given a letter by VM advertising the 4 for £40 deal. Now falling under VM's spell i am interested in getting the 4 for £40
They have shown that with the 4 for £40 i could get TV (Size L), BB (Size M-GOT), Home Phone (Size M) and Virgin SIM (100min/100text)
I have a few questions regarding the deal.
As they are showing that i could get TV Size L, would they upgrade my current size (which is size M)? Also i have seen on here that virgin were actually giving SIM's that had 300min/300text (which was on a promotion), this is obviously much better, however this was not shown on the advertisment.
When i looked on the actual VM website on the 4 for £40 deal they were TV giving TV (Size XL), BB (Size M), Home Phone (Size M) and Virgin SIM (300min/300text). However on the small print on the link:
http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...ct.do?id=14147
its says the 4 for £40 is TV: L, BB: M, Home Phone: M and 300/300 SIM
Now obviously there are conflicting information here (VMs website and what they have sent me through the post). So which is right? has anyone had this sort of experience?
Futhermore i have been with VM for more than a year. So would i be able to say cancel the current contract (which consists of the 2mb BB and TV:M where i am paying £23 monthly) with the new 4 for £40 deal that is shown on the website. having said this if i was able to have this new 4 for £40 deal would it rise in price after the first 12 months?
Kind regards
Da
p.s. appologies for the long post
