get my cable fitted today
1st post so be gentle with me we are switching from sky to virgin later today so i hope i aint made a balls up dont think i have we have signed up for the vip package it looks quite good and very good value for money.
Any way a off to tidy up before they get here.

So VM have at least one happy customer, all they need is a six pack = one very happy customer
Regarding the pic quality, when I visit customers and see a sky picture it always seems much sharper than the picture I get with the Samsung DTV, but the Samsung is a much better quality than the old Pace box I had |

Bring back V90 town gas modems. I was a happy bunny even though I was paying more money than I am now. Now thats strange

hi parkend welcome to the forum  i have been with vm from day one and i am a very happy chappie no complaints,you will get used to the whingers and gerners  on this forum but overall they are a very nice and helpful lot of people,keep us informed as to how it goes for you  |

I'm a very happy customer too and i'm not paying a silly cheap price, just upgraded to the v+ xl tv,xl bb and xl phone vip pack £85 p.month and i'm chuffed to bits with the service.
i've been with ntl/virgin for 8 years now and too be honest i've never had a real problem in that time i think i've only had 3 or 4 outages and i haven't had one now for approx 2 years my bb is always reliable (except when i mess around with the settings  ) i've never had a problem with customer services maybe thats because i speak to people how i expect to be spokern too , the installers have always been helpful and polite . and to top it off NTL a couple of years ago pulled out all the stops for me when i was moving house and i only gave the 72hrs to disconnect in old house and they set up the new house the same day .
so there you go some of us don't slag off ntl/virgin there are a few happy customers  , but then again i also been a sky and bt customer and i WOULD not move back even if they gave me my services for free for the next ten years.
