Re: Sale Of Virgin Media

To my understanding, with these kinds of buyouts as customers we shouldn't be affected.
VM as a business will be sold as a going concern and all it's assets customers included will go to the new owners. I'm sure they'll no doubt be management shuffles and reshuffles but there's no reason why the customers would noticed anything different. It's not in the interest of any potential buyer to change any aspect of the business that will have a direct effect on their income after all that's what they're buying the company for, why would they jeopardise that??

All it means is they'll be new people at the top and they'll collect our money for the services they provide and bank it somewhere else.

So to sum up it'll be the same sh*t just with different big wigs.

I just hope whoever does end up getting VM that they have a real interest in this market sector and continue developing what could potentially be the best digital service provider on the market. If only they knew er sorry I mean cared!!

Re: Sale Of Virgin Media

It'll also mean the company will be privately owned so won't have to report any figures/reports to the SEC
