OK so Virgin finally got my full TV package sorted after 5 days of phonecalls. Nice one, but why should it take them 3 days to add Sky Sports? I asked for it on Thursday and it's still not on. Spent an hour on hold in total this morning already.
I have seriously spent more time on the phone to this lot than actually using the service.
I can see me canceling it soon, its only been a week and I am shocked at how useless they are.

Your within your 30 days, cancel and go to sky, they offer an excellent service with award winning tv broadband and phone, superb customer support & skilled engineers.
