Just upgraded to VIP package.. Any Charges
As title.. I've just phoned up to upgrade from 3 for £30 package to £85 V.I.P package. On the website I can't see if there are any charges for the engineer to come out or there are any other charges...Before I get put on hold to check does anyone know if there are anymore charges (installation charges etc)...

There's a £25 installation charge.

I thought that was for new customers only? I didn't get charged or was that an introductory offer?

Thanks for your replies. In the end I did ring them back and was told £25 for engineer. Thanks again..
