....indeed. Sky have got around 300,000 new tv customers over recent months. I wonder how many vm have lost...

These results should've provided the first evidence of the companies' performance since the virgin rebrand. Then that Murdoch fellow came along and ruined the party....talking of which, Sky's finals are out on Friday.

VM turned down my friend, he tried persistently to sign up but his flat not registered in database and the call centre staff wouldnt accept the order.

Has now ordered with BT for phone line.

Losing customers through disorganisation.
