installation upgrade dont want to lose discounts

I am very pleased with virgin service,seems to be improving now and with the setana deal im chuffed to bits.I am considering upgrading to the v+ and having the other box fitted in the bedroom.£150 install costs + £5 a month xtra for reatining the box.
2 questions really am i on a good deal and my other question is will i lose the loyalty discount if i start another .

Ive upgraded to the VIP pack, and had previous discounts from Retention, and I can see on my Bill that I still have the discounts.

Thanks for that,i think i will ring them up tomorrow and book the v+ installation, looked at another thread and they say to get the discount retention confirmed in a email.

Need to check with them when you call dont assume based on what other people have, things change constantly some offers may carry over others may not.

If its a simple upgrade like moving from BBI Size M to BBI Size L you should keep your discounts and just pay the difference in price.

If you move over onto a different bundle deal. i.e on to the VIP pack then all the other discounts should be removed.

Like Whistled says check at the time and they will confirm if this is the case. With what you've said regarding just getting the V+ box and I additional stb you should keep the discount.

kept my deal, and renegotiated price, managed to get upgraded to xl tv for free so i didnt pay the monthly fee. and cos i did that i now recieve setnanta sports free :-)

has mine installed 30 mins ago :-)
