YouGov/uSwitch survey - VM BB comes joint-second for customer satisfaction with 76%
(along with Sky & AOL. Plusnet in 1st place with 78%).

Beaten by Sky for value for money, although VM rated higher for support.

thats quite funny seeing as the quite a few polls/ratings sites say the opposite,
they always used to come in the top 3 on dsl zone uk, in the last few months they've slipped to 30 out of 38

Like all polls, it depends on who you ask.
I'm happy with VM BB, but for me doubt that Sky BB would be value for money, they use BT lines which are rubbish at my distance from the exchange.

I did the survey with YouGov, i said i was satisfied with Virgin Media....... because i am for the most part, i'm on 4 meg and get consistently maximum speeds with no problems.

I don't know, i signed up to YouGov and they emailed me the survey recently, the one i did had questions about all kinds of companies and telecom companies, asking which of the listed brands you felt positive or negative about.
