I just got update from my end that now everything will be changed. The way we answered a call (be it Indian or UK Call Center). Now for every call that you make to Call Ceneters if there is a issue from VirginMedia end all the cost will be rimburssed, call charges including the connection charges, however airtime fo the mobile phone will not be rimburrsed but call charges yes they will be.
