ex ntl/telewest management

question is, are ex ntl/tw management actually trying to make virgin media into a great company that we can all be proud of ,and love to work for. or are they following there own selfish agenda ,treating staff like something they've steped in, so they can reep the rewards of masive bonus payements, and slither up the corporate ladder to sucsess heaven..

Nothing will change while everything is being driven by stats. It made me laugh when we were told we couldn't do maintenance on the cabs as there was no way they could measure our work rate and now the street cabs are are an embarrasing disgrace.!
