Re: The Best Provider

Their overall view was that Sky are the best package if you live in the right area aas there broadband is slightly better????
But they did agree that Virgin are not to be left out as they a improving all the time with their tv package and came a very close second the only thing that lets them down is the lack of HD content!

Re: The Best Provider

I think they refered to better as being cheaper, which is true. But better as in overall services...jury is out.

Re: The Best Provider

Have to say though, the Sky+ box looked a lot nicer than the V+ box, just goes to show though how appearances can be deceptive.

i would dissagree that cheaper is better. nothing comes for free, so if a company is offering something for free, either you get a cr*p service or you pay for it elsewhere. you can say what you like about VM tv, but their BBI service is the best residential service in the uk

They probably didn't mention it as the piece was probably recorded a few weeks ago.

I agree, I was commenting as to why this program thought the Sky service was better, because it was cheaper.

Re: The Best Provider (according to Gadget Show)

Very disappointed with the gadget shows "review". Where was the "G" rating!

Re: The Best Provider (according to Gadget Show)

Thought it was right on the money
I have

Sky Digital (just got it) Could not be happier as I used to have Virgin Analogue. G-Rate 4

BT for the phone. G-Rate 5

Virgin for the BB, although my friends swear by BT for there BB but to me its nothing better price wise or speed so why change. G-Rate 3

It works fine.
