Anyone know if the "150" number to customer services is operational??
I want to upgrade to VIP package but can't get through.

i manged to get though a few hours ago , but no luck since

A few other threads are pointing to a national problem with the call center at the moment.

I got through on the 0845 number (to see if anyone was there) but i obviously don't want to pay for the call if i can get through for free.
