Thumbs down Customer Support

Is it all going wrong again? My son was just watching Jetix and the screen went blank now coming up with the standard you are not subcribed etc

Trying to ring CS but getting a dead tone everytime, got through once "We're sorry we are currently experiencing technical difficulty at the minute please try later"

This is crap sort it out Virgin!

If the damn box keeps lagging behind the remote when I press buttons it'll be getting hit with a large hammer and re-cycled.

Arrow Re: Customer Support

My favourite CS response to queiries is "Have you tried changing the batteries?" I'm sure that the old Telewest must have had shares in a certain battery manufacturer. I'm waiting to be given that response when I phone to make a complaint about my telephone service.
