just a quick thanks to the guys who are sorting the email problems i rang up for the first time since it started on the 21st of june to ask what is being done about it and for the first time in a few weeks on the 22nd my email has been flowing freely downloading automatically via OE without hanging on authorizing
fast work guys maybe i should have rung up before LOL
i've also got to admit for the last 3 days my e-mails have been opening, without waiting for ages to be authorised or getting error messeges. So it looks like ntl may have started to sort the problems out at last!
We had an email from them (NTL) the other day and in it it said that they were altering the email slightly to get rid of excess emails that get stored up.... and that it won't affect those of us that use OE or the like but that it would free up space and make life easier, So obviously they do listen from time to time.
