NTL reviews 1mbps service price

We have obtained information from a reliable source which states that the price of NTL’s 1mbps service is under review in a reaction to BT’s reduction earlier this week to £24.99 for the BT Broadband 512k product and £29.99 for the BT Yahoo 1mbps service, down from £40.99.
There will be no reduction to NTL’s 150K and 600K services.
Just over three months ago, it was revealed that NTL were increasing the price of their top-tier product by £3.
