Virgin to upgrade billing systems

Virgin is to upgrade their billing systems in the ex-NTL areas. Customers in these areas will not be able to make any changes to their accounts from 30th September 2007 to 6th October 2007.
According to this Virgin Media are planning to upgrade their billing systems in the ex-ntl areas.
Basically, from 30th September to 6th October, customers in ex-NTL regions will not be able to register new broadband connections, or make any changes to the products, packages and services on their accounts.
